Finding the balance between being a full-time real estate agent and a full-time mom is a bit of a tightrope act. When you add serving on the broker advisory board and mentoring new agents into the mix, it's like spinning several plates at once. Let's be honest—it's no walk in the park. Every day throws its unique challenges, demanding both flexibility and patience to navigate through the hustle!

Being part of the broker advisory board means I act as the conduit between other agents in the office and managers. It’s a weighty responsibility, often requiring adjustments to my schedule to fulfill the role effectively. Balancing this alongside my real estate commitments and family life isn’t always seamless, but it’s a commitment I take seriously.

Mentoring new agents is a significant part of my role. Witnessing their growth and progression within the real estate realm makes the investment of time and effort immensely rewarding! It’s about paying it forward, ensuring the next wave of agents is well-equipped for success.

Family remains at the core of everything I do. Yet, integrating their needs within the whirlwind of client meetings and property viewings often feels like a juggling act. But I've come to realize that it’s not about perfectly managing every second of the day; it's about cherishing the moments, however fleeting they might be. It's about the fact that my babies won't always be babies, and I need to make time for them now while I can, and still build a successful business. It's easy to get swept up in the fact that moms are expected to do everything nowadays - keep house, raise the kids, and earn wages to support the home. I'm finding ways to blend those together so I can do it all without being stretched to my limit and I am incredibly grateful to my client/friends/family who are supportive and understanding of this.

Which brings me to my next point rather seamlessly...my clients aren’t just transactions—they become an extended part of my family. My commitment to them runs deep. It's more than just closing homes; it's about being there, guiding them through every step. From negotiations to post-transaction support, I prioritize their needs. Ensuring their satisfaction before, during, and after deals is key.
